Please note the following before advancing to online scheduling:

No appointments may be rescheduled online due to our extremely short timetable to accept consignments.  We're sorry, but attempts to reschedule appointments online cannot be honored.  If you find it necessary to reschedule your appointment, please call us at (336) 889-5159 so that we can assist you. 

You may cancel your appointment online.  We request that you do this as soon as possible to allow others the opportunity to participate.

After scheduling your appointment online, your screen will indicate that "Your appointment has been scheduled successfully."  If you do not see this message, then you have not completed the necessary steps.
